This 6 month full scale build included major demolition of half the existing house and construction of a grand extension.

The beauty of this build goes beyond what you can see on the surface. Our team spent weeks excavating to find rock adequate to bear the weight of the new house. Hidden underground are colossal steel beams bearing the weight of the house along with the new cantilevered deck which appears to be floating on air.
